@VerizonSupport So, if the light is off (other than rebooting), there's a problem. I get that. But it would be really nice if the new boxes had the Power indicator like the old boxes - that way, if you notice it on and you're not watching TV, you just turn it off. Currently, we can't tell. Thx

I’m so close to switch to T-Mobile from Verizon. Day two of no cellular data. I pay $140 a month for one line and this is the service I get. @VZWSupport get it together, please

@VZWSupport The internet service it incredibly slow. I’ve have issues sending messages as well (assuming that’s the LTE service bc iMessage). It’s the majority of my town. It used to be so good here, now I have to go 20 minutes away to even get “decent” service even then it’s still spotty.
