Everyone I talked to told me something different, the order had to be started over three times, and one tech that came out was told that there was a problem with "noise on the line" which was not even close to the truth.

Had to miss a days pay at work because of a service outage not in my control, @verizonfios sends me a refund of $7.09...... Lol. I need a little better than that now. I wonder if @AlticeUSA has any specials.......

@VerizonSupport Resets and reboots don't solve anything. I started FiOS service in September 2014. It was great back then, but it has gotten progressively worse since then as I've been paying progessively more for it. Not good. Not pleased.

@Verizon having Fios at home it was only reasonable to go with you guys having the best 5G there is with mmwave tech for cell service. @TMobile lost a 9+ year customer with their lies from there “Experts” who honestly don’t know what they are saying half the time. Bye T-Mobile

Is it bad that Fios is the main thing I need when looking for a new apartment? It be like “you have a choice 5000 square feet, rain shower, 3 baths, but no Fios” or “140 square feet, no bathroom, but it has Fios” Me to my wife: “140 square feet isn’t bad”

@Verizon @VerizonSupport worst customer experience i’ve had in a long time. i signed up for fios with a promotion and part of my promotion was canceled but nothing y’all could do. EXTREMELY disappointed by the lack of owning up to y’all’s mistake. (continued)
