Tues June 25, 2024: Finn learns Chase has Violet’s custody, Brennan warns Carly the Feds will never honor their agreement, and Valentin is prepared to give Sonny the final push.
Monday’s GH recap: Tracy asked Diane for a restraining order against Finn, Kristina got in Ava’s face and Spinelli talked Carly out of turning herself in.
Jason anxiously sits in his car before calling Maxie, who is watching the kids play in the park. He asks her to call and check on Anna.
Anna is in bed with Valentin. She watches him sleep until Maxie calls and explains Jason ordered her to check on her. Anna says she’s fine.
Valentin grabs the phone and says she will have to call her back.
They make out. She’s happy to be there with him but can’t spend the day in bed.
He starts kissing her.
Later, as he makes breakfast, she snoops around his place again.
He brings in food. She’s impressed and he says they could have mornings like this every day.
Anna loves him but their lives don’t fit together. It’s impossible for her to imagine a life together after what she did to Charlotte.
He wonders if it could be possible somewhere else. He hates the idea of not running into her.
He can’t give up the hope that they might get back together. Valentin asks her to consider it.
She has to go. He walks her out, saying they can talk tomorrow and kissing her.
He watches her leave from his window.
Valentin calls his people and orders them to bring in the next shipment. Sonny is coming apart at the seams and only needs one last shove.
Maxie calls Jason back and says Anna was annoyed by her call. He still won’t explain anything and hangs up.
Jason gets a text from Anna saying she’s fine.
Jason stops by General Hospital to check on Liz. She tells him Finn is spinning out of control and she’s worried about his daughter.
Stone Cold asks how she and the boys are handling things. She says they are hanging in.
Jake doesn’t seem as angry as he was. It made a difference that Jason came through for him when he called for help.
He’s determined to let their son know that he’s there for him…as long as it’s okay with her.
She says he doesn’t need her permission, he needs Jake’s. He thanks her for that.
They talk about him still being into baseball and Jason decides to get some tickets. Liz won’t tell her son what to do but hopes he goes with him.
Jason and Anna meet at a café. She tells him he didn’t have to wait outside of Valentin’s house all night.
He isn’t dangerous to her and Valentin could have easily caught him.
She’s surprised he didn’t. “Sounds like he was preoccupied,” Jason says.
She explains she was able to search the house and found a hidden satellite phone.
She assumes that’s what he uses to conduct Pikeman business. Jason says if they can get it, Cates should be able to get enough information to put Valentin away for good.
Anna stares and he asks if she is okay with going back to Valentin’s.
She admits that she feels like she’s betraying him. But the job is the job. It’s not the first time she’ll be hurting someone she cares about.
It has to be done so she will do it.
Carly visits Brennan in Pentonville. He says her visits almost make his incarceration worth it.
She asks him for his expertise on how intelligence agencies work. He admits he can’t trust him.
That nearly drives her away. He urges her to think carefully about who she makes herself vulnerable to.
She tells him the Feds have evidence that she committed RICO violations and conspired. Carly fills him in on Jason working for the Feds to protect her.
Jack says it’s quite a situation. Shaking his head, he says there’s no chance that the Feds will honor their agreement with Jason.
Jason is too useful for them to give up. They’ll use him until he’s tapped out or dead.
Once he stops being useful, she’ll be in prison.
She realizes this will never end. He urges her to hire the best lawyer she can and develop a strategy because one day, she will be in front of a jury.

At home Finn calls his brother and leaves a message, begging him not to escalate this any further.
Diane shows up and hands him legal documents. She advises him to discuss this with a lawyer.
He’s confused so she explains that the documents grant Chase temporary custody of Violet and bar him from coming within five hundred feet of her.
She explains that proof was presented to show he’s not trusted to be with her.
They argue about what this is doing to his little girl. Diane says his daughter is eager to see him again.
Breaking up, he declares he won’t let them take his child. She reminds him he’ll be arrested if he goes near her and walks out.
He calls Scott over. When the lawyer arrives, Finn explains the situation.
Scott looks at the paperwork and asks about the incident with Violet and Tracy.
Finn claims it has been exaggerated and BLQ and Chase plotted to get this to happen.
He worries about the lies they are telling his daughter.
Scott suggests that he needs a doctor at the hospital or someone from NA to speak up for him.
Finn explains that he’s resigned from the hospital. He tells him he could make a great case against them and keep all the money.
The lawyer doesn’t think he would come across sympathetic to a jury.
He tells the doctor that his brother is just doing what he has to do, not what he wants to do.
Scott tells him he can’t fix this legally. He has to fix himself.
Scott goes to General Hospital and asks Liz why she didn’t tell him about how badly things have gone for Finn.
He fills her in on the legal issues.
Finn wants him to file a suit against the hospital but he tried to convince him to get a different kind of help.
He’s sure that Finn will have to hit bottom before her turns things around.
Scott warns that every addict’s bottom is different. He promises to always be there for her and the boys.
Back at Finn’s, he sobs as he holds Violet’s stuffed animal. He calls for a vodka delivery.
When it is delivered, he opens the bottle and glances down at the legal papers.
He smashes the bottle against the wall and runs out.
At the penthouse, Sonny informs Ava that she will be seeing a lot less of him. He orders her to move out.
She wonders where this is coming from. He says things have changed. The arrangement no longer works for him and they are over.
When she offers to be out when she finds a place, he says she’s out now. She can stay at the hotel or with who will put up with her.
“We are done,” he repeats. He doesn’t want her in his presence.
She reminds him they have shared custody and this will hurt Avery. He’s sure she will adjust.
Ava urges him to think this through but he’s finished and almost threw her out last night.
She thinks he’s wrong and she’s still the only person he can trust and rely on.
He accuses her of having some kind of angle. Was she going after Alexis out of revenge?
Ava says that Alexis broke the law and has to suffer for it. He doesn’t think she’s anyone to judge given that she bumped off Connie.
When he brings up Morgan, she reminds him that she loved him. She refuses to be lectured about morality by him.
She points out that all of his children’s problems are down to him.
After she packs a few things, she says she’ll send for the rest. He shuts the door on her.
