🔍 I've been diving deep into AI implementation and use cases lately (stay tuned for more on that!).Here's a roundup of some of the challenges companies face when implementing AI:- Lack of in-house expertise- Uncertainty about where to implement AI- Absence of updated, capable infrastructure- Data privacy and security concerns- Knowing how to take advantage of large language models (LLMs)- Technological overwhelm🗒️ There are some ways to overcome these hurdles:1. Invest in training; there's plenty of free resources available. Encourage your teams to dedicate time to learning these new tools and how to use them.2. Start small with pilot projects. Find a use case that could be simple to solve and not disrupt your business.3. evaluate the need to upgrade systems and ensure your data infrastructure is strong. Quality data makes things simple. 4. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.5. Balance AI and human expertise. It is important to have teams involved; after all, human expertise and creativity are always needed. 🤔 Feeling overwhelmed with where to begin? Research is helpful too, Study what your competitors are doing with AI as a reference. Consider your budget and start with the most impactful solutions.
